Start With Your Heart is the website of the Justus-Warren Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention Task Force and the North Carolina Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention Program.
			Our mission is to prevent premature deaths and disabilities due to heart disease and stroke in North Carolina. Here, we're sharing with public health and healthcare professionals, policy makers, and anyone who is interested, how we created the task force, state plan and state program for North Carolina.
